The Alabama ARES Net is held every Sunday at 2100Z. From the Spring time change to the Fall time change (summer) - 7243khz LSB. From the Fall time change to the Spring time change (winter)- 3965khz LSB. The ARES Digital Net is held on Sundays at 2030Z on 7100khz USB (summer) or 3570khz USB (winter) using RTTY, PSK31 and Olivia 16/500hz. Come Join Us!

The Alabama ARES Forum is now up and operational. We encourage all active Alabama ARES members to sign up on this forum using your FCC Call Sign as your screen name. Also, please be sure to list all of your ARES-Relates Training courses you have completed in the apropriate field when siging up. This will allow the Section Staff to know who's trained for what. There is a secondary field for listing any additional relevant training, such as HAZMAT, SAR, etc. This is a resource that we can all take advantage of and use as a clearing-house for Section-Wide information. Please, make full use of it, as it is here for you.
